Humanity at Heart International (H@H) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2012 and registered in 2015. We focus on breast and cervical cancer prevention and advocacy in Cameroon, working to save lives through early detection and support.

• Getting HPV vaccination
• Practicing safe sex

Recommended screening frequencies:

• Breast cancer: Monthly self-exams and annual mammograms for women over 40
• Cervical cancer: Pap smears every 3 years for women 21-65
